Research Informatics Analyst/Programmer
Suzanne joined DBHi as a Research Informatics Analyst/Programmer I in the Translational Informatics Unit – Enterprise Informatics Group (EiG) in 2017. Prior to joining CHOP, Sue was at JP Morgan Chase as a Data Integration Application Developer where she developed techniques to integrate data across multiple applications and reverse engineering legacy components into more modern components. She began at JP Morgan Chase in the prestigious Technology Analyst program. She also has experience in software information risk analysis. Sue has a diverse educational background and holds a BA from Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Music with a concentration in mathematics. She is currently pursuing her MS in Computer Science at Temple University.
At DBHi Sue will play a key role in the contribution to the use of our Biorepository Toolkit which includes a central infrastructure for complex biobanking and data integration activities that include prospective tissue research for future observational research to fuel potentially new treatments. This infrastructure now supports significant research projects here at CHOP and manages the identities and links research records from over 5,000 families across domains, institutions and project types.
