Mitch became a member of DBHi in February, 2017. He brings more than 20 years of experience in data analysis, including mixed models and meta-analyses. Previously, Mitch was a biostatistician, performing analyses and consulting on study design, at Thomas Jefferson University and then the Rothman Institute. At Jefferson, he helped start a departmental journal, and at Rothman, he served as managing editor for the International Consensus Group on Periprosthetic Joint Infection and and statistical reviewer for the Journal of Arthroplasty. He currently is Deputy Editor at Clinical Orthopedics and Related Research. He holds an and MS and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University as well as a certification from the American Statistical Association as Accredited Professional Statistician™.
