Ramki Rajagopalan, MS
Ramki joined DBHi in June 2015 as a Bioinformatics Scientist after working for the Division of Genomic Diagnostics, Dept. of Pathology and Laboratory medicine at CHOP for two years. Prior to his time at CHOP, he has worked as a Bioinformatician at the University of Washington, Seattle and Dasman Diabetes Institute, Kuwait. He has extensive experience in genome-wide association studies, genetic epidemiology and next-generation sequencing analysis studies. He has worked on a variety of complex and Mendelian disorders alike, including hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular diseases, neonatal diabetes, congenital heart disease, neurodevelopmental disorders, Alagille syndrome and biliary atresia. Rajagopalan holds a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
