Hossein Fazelinia, PhD
Hossein joined DBHi after completing two postdoctoral fellowships; one at Fox Chase Cancer Center and one at Los Alamos National Laboratories. At Los Alamos, he worked in computational protein design and engineering and succeeded in designing several self-assembling proteins. Hossein’s interests are in computational biology and protein structure and his projects within DBHi involve computational approaches to variant prioritization based on protein structure changes, and proteomics data analysis with the proteomics core group. Hossein holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Esfahan University of Technology.
