Data Integration Analyst
Alexander Gonzalez joined DBHi as a Data Integration Analyst in the Translational Informatics Unit’s Enterprise Informatics Group in 2015. Prior to joining CHOP, Alex was a Data Conversion Analyst/Research Data Analyst at Penn Medicine doing major system migration work for Radiology. Alex also held a professional internship with Siemens Medical Solution also working with research data at Penn Medicine. Alex's role in DBHi will involve providing integrative data and software solutions in translational, clinical and biological research. Research groups he is working with include the Children’s Brain and Tumor Tissue Consortium, the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Center, Chop Biorepository Core, the forthcoming microbiome center and many other data-driven clinical and translational science award (CTSA) activities. Alex holds a BS in Applied Mathematics /Spanish from Temple University and an MS in Healthcare Informatics from Temple University.
