The Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics (DBHi) at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is pleased to offer Genome Wowser, an iPad app for accessing the UCSC Genome Browser1, a web site widely used by molecular biologists, geneticists, physicians, and other researchers and students of biology.

Genome Wowser allows users to query, view, and navigate whole genomes and rich annotations using the iPad's touch screen interface.

Visit CHOP's iTunes Store page for screenshots.

If you use Wowser, please rate or comment on the app at the iTunes store!
