Epigenetics & Chromatin Organization
Tuesday October 10, 2017
Colket Translational Research Building
Rooms 1100, 1200 & the Atrium
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

Presented by the Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics (DBHi) at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Penn's Institute for Biomedical Informatics (IBI), the second annual Mid-Atlantic Bioinformatics Conference will be held on Tuesday October 10, 2017. A distinguished line-up of internationally recognized speakers will discuss the role of epigenetics and 3-dimensional chromatin organization as it relates to primary analysis, integration with large-scale data from adult and pediatric data sets, and the growing challenges in integrating epigenomic data with other types of omics data in the era of precision medicine..

Call for Posters

Authors are invited to submit posters on algorithm, software, database, and analysis of epigenomic and chromatin interaction data, including but not limited to following topics:

  • Segmentation of epigenomic data
  • Imputation of epigenomic data
  • Domain calling of chromatin interaction data
  • 3-dimension folding of the genome
  • Visual analytical tools
  • Epigenomic analysis
  • Analysis of epigenomic data with other types of next-generation sequencing and "omics" data
  • Transduction to epigenetic pathways
  • Metabolism
