Proband Pedigree Drawing iPad Latest Update Available

November 10, 2015 - We have made a significant update to the Proband app resolving the issues listed below, thanks to continued feedback from our users.

Saving Pedigrees After Twins Deletion Or Use of Clear Button: If the user deleted a twin while creating a pedigree, the pedigree would fail to save, and any subsequent pedigrees created after that event would also fail to save, until the app was restarted. The same behavior occurred when using the Clear button on a pedigree containing a twin. This issue typically manifested as periodic missing pedigrees. Also, the original pedigree that caused the problem would only be partially saved. This may also cause the app to crash when importing a Proband file sent out after the error occurred. This import issue should be recoverable, please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for assistance.

Additionally, If you see any alerts warning about a failure to save your pedigree, please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Lasso Annotations: If there was an annotation on the pedigree, and the user hit the Clear button, the annotation would seem to disappear. Upon re-opening the pedigree, or sending the Proband file, it would be visible.

These issues have been resolved. Please update your Proband app today.
